Privacy is a right, and we take it seriously. This document describes our policy around the use of all apps (“Application”) for devices that are created by Igor’s Software Labs LLC (“Company”), and websites. (“Websites”)
The Application collects no information about the purchase, about you or your credit card. That is entirely owned and controlled by Apple, Inc for the iTunes Store, and by Google, Inc for the Google Play Store. By installing the Application, you will create an anonymous identifier that the Company will use for the lifetime of the Application. Our Websites collect no information about you, in any personal way. If you contact the Company, and provide an email address, we may use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
By using our Applications or Websites, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the State of Residence. If you reside outside the State of Residence your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under State of Residence privacy standards.
Our Websites do not use cookies, local storage, but we do collect the IP address of your mobile device, computer, your operating system, the type of Internet browsers you use, and which pages you are viewing, to improve our sites.
Our Applications do use local storage for related tasks, and sometimes will collect your operating system, and how you use the application to improve the experience and resolve crashes.
Does the Application or Website honor Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals?
Only Websites can honor DNT, and yes, our websites will honor DNT. If it's enabled, we will turn off all Automatically Collected Information. Our mobile apps cannot be responsive to DNT, but they all do not track any personal information.
Our websites and Applications do not use any social login functionality.
Our websites use no 3rd party tracking frameworks. We host our websites on Heroku, and GitHub for static websites. Their Privacy Policies are www.heroku.com/policy/security and help.github.com/en/github/site-policy/github-privacy-statement.
Our applications use Apple, Inc and Google, Inc to deliver to our customers. Their Privacy Policies are www.apple.com/legal/privacy/en-ww and www.google.com/policies/privacy. Both Apple and Google use identifiers for purchasing. They do not identify you by name. However, they identify your device and can be used to track you for purposes of personalized advertising. You can opt out from such tracking in the settings on your iOS device, or Android device.
This Application and Websites do not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device or computer.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. Or by turning off the ability of the Application to provide the information by going to the Applications Preferences under Privacy and turning it off. For the Website, you can stop using it.
For emails received via our website, we discard after 1 year. For automatically collected information, we discard it after 3 months. If you’d like us to delete any information before this, please contact us at privacy@igorlabs.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.
Our Applications do not process any in-app purchase information.
We do not use our Applications or Websites to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacy@igorlabs.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
All information is transferred with SSL, and stored with database encrypted fields. All access to this information is limited to authorized employees only.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy www.igorlabs.com/privacy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

We will try to make the information available to you in another format and answer any question that you may have.
